Return Period

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order and return items for a full refund, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right as a consumer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting us at solar@skyxaronppthar.world or through our contact page before the 14-day period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are defective.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Cost of Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at solar@skyxaronppthar.world or through our contact page to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once authorized, package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
5. We will process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day return period
• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been opened and cannot be resold as new

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, as required by Irish and EU consumer law.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the standard delivery charges. However, if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, we will only refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery.

If the goods are defective or not as described, we will refund all delivery charges, including the cost of returning the goods to us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
